Part of my responsibilities as Field Coordinator for EL Legacy is to take status photos of projects and update Social Media Platforms. Building an Accessory Office Unit while doing a renovation/addition to the main house has been a true test of perseverance. We appreciate and are Grateful for the challenge!

This is our latest project on Bate Ave in South Nashville. We’re taking a one level 900 sqr ft house and turning it into a 3100+ Sqr foot home with an accessory unit (private office) in the back!

Tifinie Capehart to discuss repairs and improvements needed to get her seller’s property market ready. Great realtors wisely counsel their clients on where to invest their money to net the highest return. It’s pure joy when business provides an opportunity to connect families, see the kids, and enjoy a few laughs through some old school razzing. 20+ years of friendship and family!
