Today we saw cut a 108" diameter circle in a 7" thick slab for a Mosaic Tile inlay at a new fire hall. Our operators saw cut the perimeter first then cut the interior of the reveal into pieces with a 10hp push saw. We removed the pieces and chipped the circle to full depth. Good job guys

Our Chattanooga branch answered the call on Saturday and promptly got to work on I-40 in North Carolina at 7am Monday to assist in storm damage repair. Our Knoxville branch was able to assist the following day to help get repairs expedited.
While we are grateful for the work and having the ability to help we want to remind you that this will be a long project for the area with many constraints ahead. Please avoid the area if you are not helping with the situation. Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of those affected by the recent storms, as well as those who are still assisting with search, rescue and recovery.

Adding new equipment and preparing to help a customer with a quick timeline wire saw job here locally that entails +/- 1,950 square feet of wire sawing and tracksawing from 30" to 36" thick. Looking forward to running our new 1510 wire saw along with our WS30 on this project.

We recently polished a customers 1200 square foot garage/apartment floor to a 3000 grit finish with our Husqvarna 820rc grinder and segments from Diteq Corporation. We'll let our shiny results speak for themselves.

This week True Line had the opportunity to join The Coring & Cutting Group for Advanced Operator Training at our affiliates location at ABC Cutting Contractors Alabama. Our employees were provided with safety training, risk awareness training and the basics of concrete sawing and drilling on our training slab. We had the pleasure of working with instructors from Diamond Products Limited, ICS Diamond Tools & Equipment, Hilti, Husqvarna, Brokk Inc. and Diteq.

True-Line was recently contracted to cut and remove 27,000 square feet of warehouse floor for plumbing installation at a new food production facility in Middle Tennessee. The facility had a timeline of 15 days in their schedule to complete the work to make way for an accelerated installation. True-Line chose to man the job with multiple tier 4 slab saws and operators to cut the area into 3' x 3' pieces and subcontracted the trucking to a local landfill. We completed the job in 10 working days, ahead of schedule and at the lowest bid, exceeding the customers expectations with our cost and timeliness. We double perimeter saw cut the entire job to eliminate over cutting as well. All in all we removed 2.3 million pounds of concrete and roughly 10,000 gallons of slurry.
