Hello everyone,
I’m excited to officially introduce ABACO Construction, LLC to the group!
My name is Mena Youssef. I’m a licensed and insured General Contractor serving Commercial, Industrial, and Residential projects across Tennessee.
My focus is Commercial and Residential Construction—handling everything from ground-up builds to existing space fit-outs and renovations.
With 8 years in the industry, my goal with ABACO is to pair hands-on project management with a strong engineering foundation. I holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Tennessee Tech (2018) and a Master’s in Engineering Management from UT Chattanooga (2023).
Whether you’re ready to break ground, planning a tenant build-out, or just looking for a second set of eyes on pre-construction due diligence, I’m always open to connect, share insights, or lend a hand.

أنا مينا يوسف، مقاول عام مرخص ومؤمن عليه في ولاية تينيسي، بنخدم القطاعات التجارية والصناعية والسكنية.
تركيزي الأساسي هو الإنشاءات التجارية ( and Residential Commercial Construction)—وبنغطي كل المدى من البناء من الصفر (Ground-Up) وحتى تجهيز وتطوير المساحات القائمة (Build-Outs).
على مدار 8 سنوات في المجال، حرصت إن ABACO تجمع بين التنفيذ العملي والأسس الهندسية الدقيقة. أنا حاصل على بكالوريوس الهندسة الميكانيكية من Tennessee Tech (2018) وماجستير إدارة الهندسة من UT Chattanooga (2023).
سواء كنت بتجهز تبدأ مشروع جديد، بتخطط لتجهيز مقر أو محل، أو حتى محتاج استشارة سريعة ودراسة Due Diligence قبل ما تبدأ، يشرفني جداً التواصل معاك وتقديم أي دعم.
