Nashville continues to experience fantastic growth. This article from the Nashville Business Journal gives a look at the East Bank waterfront plans surrounding the new Titan's stadium. According to the NBJ, the first phase will include:

- 40-story hotel with 450 rooms, plus retail;
- 16-story hotel with 325 rooms and retail;
- building with 550 apartments; 25 of them would be affordable housing units;
- building with 175 apartments, all of which would be affordable housing units.

The winning East Bank developer pitched Metro this summer on a potential $1.5 billion of development surrounding the new Titans stadium — including a 40-story hotel, hundreds of apartments, a new home for TPAC and an extensive pedestrian corridor.

Schorsten & Partners Insulation Nashville is seeking to hire construction laborers for a new project located in Knoxville, TN, starting in the next month. We are seeking technicians with the below qualifications.

If you:

- have experience in the construction field as a laborer/ technician.
- are team and solutions-oriented, with a proactive, professional, and positive attitude.
- safety-oriented in all situations and environments.
- can to take instructions and fulfill tasks.
- are comfortable with working at heights.
- have good hand-eye coordination & capable of standing for extended periods.
- live or can travel to the job site in Knoxville, TN.

Salary starts at $15 an hour with higher pay depending on experience. We provide on-the-job training and additional benefits.
