It’s always an exciting day for our team when we finally get to stake out exactly where a new home will be built!

After many hours of blueprint and CAD work—and many more hours spent planning every detail with the homeowners—this charming lakeside cabin is officially ready to come to life.

We’re finally ready to break ground, and we can’t wait to share the progress!

One of our design team’s absolute favorite things is finding a way to incorporate something old or sentimental into a newly renovated space.

These beautiful wood slabs were cut from a fallen walnut tree right here on the homeowner’s farm. We can’t wait to give them new life and see how they become part of this special project!

HIGH POINT LODGE is officially underway at Lake Greeson!

This one is going to be worth watching—a stunning 6-bedroom, 6.5-bath custom lake home designed to capture lake views from three sides.

Our UC team has already put in countless hours developing the CAD plans and clearing some extremely challenging terrain. Along with Double J Excavation in doing some major dirt work to get us ready.
Now, we’re excited to see this incredible project begin taking shape from the ground up.
