After 10 weeks of research, experiments, long days in the lab, and incredible poster presentations… our undergraduate researchers finally got to trade lab coats for a little friendly competition! 🧪➡️🎉

Science is serious, but celebrating hard work is just as important. Congratulations to our amazing undergraduate researchers on a summer filled with discovery, growth, and memories that will last far beyond the lab. We couldn’t be prouder of all you’ve accomplished!

Aspirnaut undergrad interns working their bodies this summer, along with their minds.

Why do we plank? The plank teaches muscular endurance and body control while working muscles in your shoulder, hips, legs, and glutes. Planks builds functional strength to build a more stable core that will benefit balance while running, walking, lifting, and regular daily movement.
