Going above and beyond looks a little different when you’re a plumber. 😂

Shoutout to Dexter for taking the time to track down the problem and make sure everything was thoroughly checked for this homeowner. That extra effort makes all the difference!

Thanks for trusting our team with your home, Byron! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Your home’s air has a lot going on. 👀💨

Allergens, odors, germs, and other airborne particles can all affect the air you breathe at home. That’s where indoor air quality solutions come in!

And if one of our Coolray technicians is visiting your home this October, be sure to ask about our October Indoor Air Quality special. 👀 We’ve got a little something extra for homeowners looking to improve their indoor air AND protect their HVAC system.

Give us a call and ask about this month’s IAQ offer! 💙

Meet Brian, our new General Manager! 👋💙

As we enter a new chapter, we wanted you to get to know one of the people helping lead the way!

We caught Brian spending some time with members of our Plumbing team and asked him a few questions about the kind of team and culture he hopes to build here. 🏡

💫 What made you excited about leading Coolray Nashville?
“The opportunity to build and grow a team. My passion is helping people see opportunities and achieve their goals.”

“I’m open, approachable and always willing to help. I believe setting the example, creating opportunities and reinforcing strong processes will guide us toward success.”

✨ What can our team expect from you?
“A people-first approach. From our technicians and admin team to management, I want Coolray to be a place you want to come to every day. A place where you know you’re valued and respected, with room for everyone to thrive.”

How old is your electrical panel? ⚡️

This is an actual electrical panel our that one of our electricians recently replaced. 👀

Your electrical panel plays a big role in safely distributing power throughout your home. 🌟 And while an older panel doesn't automatically mean something is wrong, it's important to know the condition of your home's electrical system.

A few signs it may be time to have your electrical system checked:
💡 Lights that frequently flicker or dim
⚡ Breakers that trip often
🔌 Outlets or switches that feel unusually warm
👂 Buzzing or crackling sounds
🏠 An older home with an electrical system that hasn't been inspected or updated in years

Today's homes power a LOT, from HVAC systems and kitchen appliances to computers, TVs, chargers, and all the little things we plug in every day. 🔌

Not sure how old your panel is or what condition it's in? We've got you! 💙

For the next two weeks, we're offering FREE electrical panel inspections from September 10–24. Our electricians can take a look and help you better understand the condition of your home's electrical system, with no pressure and no guesswork. ⚡️

📲 Schedule your free panel inspection by September 24!
