Dowdle Construction Group has started selective demolition in 3 buildings on the Shelbyville Square. DCG has teamed with Bedco Investments, GHP Design, and Tiny’s Construction (demolition subcontractor). The primary tenant will be Grindstone Cowboy which currently has a location in Eagleville. Pictured with Glynn Dowdle is Jeremy Carpenter, a former DCG superintendent, who now owns GC Performance Classics in Shelbyville. Stay tuned for more exciting news on this project.
