While most people were asleep, our team was already hard at work.

This commercial rooftop unit installation on Nashville's West End Corridor didn't start at sunrise - it started long before.

Our crew was up at 2:00 AM to prepare for a 4:00 AM crane lift, carefully placing this new HVAC unit on the roof before the city came to life.

Projects like this take more than equipment. They take planning, precision, teamwork, and a crew willing to work while the rest of the city sleeps.

A huge thank you to our technicians and our partners at Hampton Crane Service for another safe and successful lift.

Next time you're driving down West End, remember: while Nashville was sleeping, someone was already making sure that building stays comfortable for years to come

Just like changing the oil in your car, regular maintenance helps keep your heating and cooling system running efficiently and can help catch small issues before they become expensive repairs.

Homeowners can absolutely help by:
Changing air filters regularly
Keeping the outdoor unit free of leaves, grass, and debris
Making sure supply and return vents stay unblocked
Rinsing the outdoor condenser coil gently with a garden hose (power washers are NOT recommended)

These simple steps can improve airflow and help your system perform better.

However, a professional maintenance visit goes much further. We inspect electrical components, test safety controls, check refrigerant performance, clean components that aren't accessible to most homeowners, verify proper operation, and look for signs of wear before they become breakdowns.

One thing many homeowners don't realize: Some equipment manufacturers require documented professional maintenance to help support warranty claims. While doing maintenance yourself is certainly better than doing nothing, it may not satisfy every manufacturer's warranty requirements. Be sure to check your owner's manual or warranty documentation.

A little maintenance today can help keep your home comfortable tomorrow.

Remodeling? Give your HVAC system a break.

We know it's hot outside, and the last thing you want is to turn off your air conditioner during a remodel. But running your air conditioning system while sanding, cutting drywall, or tearing out flooring can do more harm than good.

Here's why:

Construction dust is everywhere. Even if the work isn't near your HVAC system, fine dust gets pulled into the return vents and circulated throughout your home.

Air filters can clog FAST. A clogged filter restricts airflow, making your system work harder and reducing cooling performance.

Dust coats critical components. Your evaporator coil and blower can become coated with fine debris, reducing efficiency and sometimes leading to costly repairs.

And that dust doesn't stay in one room. Your HVAC system can carry drywall dust, sawdust, and other particles into every room of your home.

We recommend turning off your HVAC system during heavy demolition, sanding, or drywall work whenever possible.
If you must run it because of the heat, use temporary return vent covers (only while work is actively happening), replace your air filter frequently, and have your system inspected if the project creates a lot of dust.

Your home may be getting an upgrade but don't let your cooling system pay the price.

If you've noticed water dripping from your A/C ducts lately, you're not alone. With the heat and humidity we've been having, it's a pretty common problem in commercial buildings.

Every time exterior doors, loading docks, or windows are opened, humid outside air rushes in. When that warm, humid air hits your cold A/C ducts, it creates condensation, just like a cold drink sweats on a hot day.

A little condensation during really humid weather can be normal. But if it's happening all the time or you're seeing water stains, wet ceiling tiles, or dripping ducts, it's worth having your HVAC system checked. Too much moisture can lead to bigger problems if it's ignored.

If your business is dealing with sweaty ducts this summer, give us a call. We'll make sure your system is doing its job and help keep your building cool, comfortable, and dry.

We've been sitting on this BIG NEWS for a while and now we are ready to reveal!

We’re proud to introduce our newest upgrade:

✨ Flavor-Infused Air™ ✨

Why settle for plain air when your home could smell like:
Fresh Pizza Night
Grandma’s Cookies
Taco Tuesday
Morning Coffee

Just imagine… your AC kicks on and your whole house smells like a bakery.

BUT here’s the catch…

If your duct work IS dirty, you might still be getting the:
“Gym Sock Surprise”
“Wet Dog Deluxe”
“Mystery Musty Blend”

😬😬😬

That’s why we actually recommend a professional duct cleaning so the only thing flowing through your home is clean, fresh air (even if it’s not taco-flavored).

*April Fools! 😄
But seriously… duct cleaning = a REAL upgrade.
