fabricated according to NAHAD (N

AHAD.org) Hose Safety Institute (HSI) guidelines. We clean, pressure test, and certify that your assembly meets these specifications,
Industrial hose up to 4" diameter can be crimped or internally expanded. IR-G also offers complete hose fabrication and kitting. In-house welding of metal hoses of up to 4" by trained and certified welders is now
available. Each hose is pressure tested for Quality Assurance. We follow the STAMPED acronym, so if you need a quote for a large order,
please provide the required Size, Temperature, Application and Medium being
transferred. For hose inquiries, please indicate the Pressure requirements, Ends
needed, and the required Delivery date.

The path to this certification is a long and strenuous one, underscoring Rusty's dedication to the craft. When a coupling separates from the hose, it almost always starts at the joint between two pieces.

Gates' MegaCrimp fittings remove that joint entirely: a one-piece solid stem with no fl**ge head to separate and no weak point to fail under pressure.

Their patented "C" insert distributes crimp force into a concentric, weep-free connection. This "bite-the-wire" crimp grips the reinforcement directly, with no skiving up to 1-1/4", and validated performance beyond a million impulse cycles.

In this “educational” video, trainees at Gates’ Fluid Power Workshop test the crush-resistance characteristics of monofilament helix reinforcement.

To simulate a powerful crushing force, sections of Gates’ Water Master 150SD (steel wire helix) and Food Master XTreme 250SD CR (monofilament helix) are run over by a forklift.

The Food Master XTreme 250SD CR’s monofilament helix reinforcement was the clear winner, surviving the test with minimal deformation. The results underscore the improved crush resistance and crush recovery of helical monofilament reinforcement over steel wire.

Congrats to our guy Jack Steagall on his win at West Alabama Speedway this past Saturday, May 30th.

Jack added two firsts to the résumé in one night: his first late model win and his first trip to Victory Lane at this track. What a track debut!
