This is why I started Telos Insulation - to build a stable, healthy, and consistent work environment where we can work hard, take pride in what we do, and still make time to celebrate and have fun along the way.
These guys have worked incredibly hard, and the truth is, I wouldn’t have the business I have today without them. Their dedication, loyalty, and hard work are the foundation of everything we’re building.
A mentor once told me, “Your company’s number one asset is its people.” That advice has stuck with me, and I’ve come to realize just how true it is.
My goal has never been to just build a successful insulation company. It’s been to build something meaningful — a place where people are valued, hard work is rewarded, and everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed together.
I’m incredibly thankful for our first full year in business, the people who have helped make it possible, and everything we’ve accomplished together.
