For 40 years, our success has been built on the talent, passion, and dedication of our team. This celebration was a chance to recognize the people who make Dacon what it is and to thank our clients and partners who have trusted us along the way.

We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished together and excited for what’s next. Here’s to the next 40 years of innovation, collaboration, and building better spaces across New England!

Our design and architecture group recently took a trip to tour the factory and safe to say we are feeling inspired from watching their incredible craftsmanship and action to learning about their deep commitment to sustainability, our team loved every minute!

Today is the last day of Construction Safety Week 2026!

Our team participated in a to continue discussion and awareness of improving our EMR and recap safety procedures. (Thank you Contractors Risk Management!)

All week we've talked about culture, mental health, teamwork, and responsibility. And it all comes back to one thing: the reason every single one of us shows up. We do this work because we're proud of it.
