We had a great time connecting with students at the Cooperative Education Program at A.W. Beattie Career Center this week!

Our HR team had the opportunity to speak with an impressive group of young professionals who are already taking meaningful steps toward their futures. It was especially exciting to connect with local students like Hollis and Jordan from Deer Lakes School District, Ashley from North Hills, and Logan from Pine-Richland School District - along with many others exploring careers in manufacturing and beyond.

Programs like this are so important. They bridge the gap between education and real-world experience, helping students build confidence, develop skills, and see the opportunities that exist right here in our community.
