Anything 4’ and taller, fence wise, needs a permit in the City of Port Arthur. Daddy just found out firsthand. No biggie.. $55 or so and back to building. Be aware 🫡

A little ripping and burning.. a little watching and learning brought us to a 20 minutes to 5 finish. It was a great day, extremely productive. 270 LF dug 24” and set on 8’c. Thank You, Lord 🙏🏼
