2019 Energy Master Plan Stakeholder Meetings
Governor Murphy, through Executive Order 28, has directed the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to draft the 2019 Energy Master Plan. As detailed below, there will be a robust stakeholder process beginning in September with five public hearings to gather information in key areas. There will be additional opportunities for comment and input in the future as the process unfolds.
Members of the public are encouraged to participate in the stakeholder meetings, as well as to submit written comments, via the email address below, as an attached word document. These comments will be posted and should not contain any confidential or proprietary information.
To submit comments via email, send comments to: [email protected].
Let them know you would like to see clean, renewable energy. Do not allow subsidies in the Energy Master Plan for nuclear energy which is not clean, nor renewable. It is a dirty, polluting energy, using carbon during Uranium mining, planned and unplanned outages and for energy waste storage for an unknown number of years to come. It emits radiation in unsafe amounts throughout its lifecycle.
