Offset smoker project started with a 30" diameter by 11 foot long body had to remove the piping attached and patch the holes. Then we moved to cutting the doors and making the seal straps around the doors and welding them on. Then we mounted the doors and started making the stack and dampers. Then set it on some running gear and mounted the fire box. Finally we installed the thermometers. Definitely would build more of these if the opportunity is there!!!
