Happy Manufacturing Day! ⚙️

Today, October 2, 2026, we are thrilled to join The Manufacturing Institute’s national movement to introduce students, parents, and educators to modern manufacturing careers and dispel outdated perceptions of a manufacturing shop.

As a manufacturer that manufacturers rely on, we are fiercely dedicated to our local community through:

💠Partnering with local schools and workforce development organizations to provide visibility into modern manufacturing careers.
💠Creating apprenticeship, internship and training paths for entry-level and non-traditional talent.
💠Offering a Flex Schedule that promotes a work/life blend and ensures that family is first.
💠 Upholding our core values of safety, quality of work, and being a good team member.

From concept to ex*****on, Cimtech is a preferred partner adding value every step of the way.

Wait a minute... 🛑 The energy at Southern Indiana Manufacturing Week 2026 is completely unmatched! ⚡
This week, Cimtech is thrilled to participate in One Southern Indiana’s Metro Manufacturing Alliance (MMA) Manufacturing Week! We spent the day connecting with hundreds of local high school students, showing them that the future of our industry is bright, innovative, and right here in their backyard.
From precision machining to fabrication, everything we do touches the world around us. We loved watching the students interact with our components at the Cimtech table and discover how a single manufactured part can power a massive industry. ⚙️💡
A huge thank you to 1si and the MMA for bringing the community together for this incredible event. We are passionate about bringing the next generation of manufacturers along for the ride.
Keep building, keep questioning, and we can’t wait to see you on the shop floor! 🚀

Operation: Sweet Send Off

A Special Tribute from the Cimtech Team: Honoring Our Hometown Hero

We are "Cimtech Strong" because of dedicated team members like Willie, and today we recognize his extraordinary commitment not just to our company, but to America.

Willie has been a teammate for three years, and on his last day before deployment, we want to express our profound gratitude for his service and sacrifice!

We sent him off with a sweet celebration, but our thoughts and support go with him as he begins this new chapter. Willie, your bravery inspires us all.

Today marks 25 years since the tragic events of September 11, 2001. At Cimtech, we pause today to remember the lives we lost, the profound bravery of the first responders who rushed into danger, and the unbreakable spirit of our nation.

As an American manufacturer, we understand the value of strength, grit, and rebuilding—but nothing exemplifies those qualities quite like the resilience our country showed in the days, months, and years that followed. Today, and always, we stand united.

"The Manufacturer That Manufacturers Rely On" Starts with People. 🤝

A strong manufacturing state requires more than advanced technology—it requires a commitment to human potential.

At Cimtech, 89% of our team members call Indiana home.

As a family-owned, team-operated manufacturer, our vision is simple: to become the manufacturer that manufacturers rely on.

We achieve that through real investments in our workforce and our region:

🔹 Workforce First Designation: Earned through the State of Indiana for our commitment to living-wage careers, flexible schedules, and skill development.
🔹 Inclusive Opportunities: Serving as a second-chance employer and providing clear apprenticeship pathways for non-traditional talent.
🔹 Educational Pipelines: Partnering with regional leaders like Prosser Career Education Center, Ivy Tech, IU Southeast, and Purdue Extension to equip the next generation of machinist, fabricators, and engineers.

Tomorrow at Innovate Indiana, Team Member, Jesika Young will share how workforce initiatives directly strengthen our regional economy and domestic supply chain resilience.

Stay tuned for key takeaways from the panel!
