Closet envy or bathroom envy? This Upper Arlington remodel makes a compelling case for both! ✨

Handcrafted cabinetry, floor-to-ceiling storage, and a cozy built-in bench create a warm, organized retreat. Just beyond, a stunning custom vanity, warm gold fixtures, and a walk-in shower elevate the primary bath into a refreshing experience.

Our clients wanted the convenience of a main-floor powder room in their historic Grandview Heights home, so we found possibility in an unexpected corner and created a beautiful space entirely from scratch.

Every detail was chosen with care to preserve the home’s original character while providing modern functionality.

To bring this vision to life, we built new walls and rerouted electrical wiring and plumbing, transforming an open corner into an elegant, fully functional half bath.

Eye-catching wallpaper and warm gold fixtures add a touch of luxury, while classic wainscoting helps this new space feel as though it has always been part of the home.

Pretty in pink, with beautiful contrast.

Here, the soft pink walls and black cabinetry make a striking pair. Gold fixtures bring warmth throughout, and handcrafted white Zellige tile gives the shower its beautiful texture.

This bathroom transformation will remain one of our favorites!

This hall bath looks good in green. đź’š

We’re wrapping up our look at the Muirfield Village remodel with this hall bathroom. Along with the basement and primary bath, it carries the beautiful green hues we loved throughout the project.

Here, we traded the tub for a tiled walk-in shower and paired a warm wood double vanity with brass finishes. A small closet was transformed into a charming open nook, complete with custom cabinetry and shelving.

One of our most unique transformations yet and it’s coming together beautifully!

For this Upper Arlington garage-turned-pool house, excavation and plumbing are complete, and the sod and hardscaping are finished. Tile flooring by and doors by Marvin are officially in. Next up: custom cabinetry, appliances, and cove lighting.

Stay tuned as this final reveal is going to be a stunner!

A little kitchen appreciation post. 🤍

No two homes are alike, and these kitchens are proof that beautiful design doesn’t have just one look. Each was created around the character of the home and the people who live there.

Here’s a look back at a few of our favorites. Which one feels most like home to you?

A stunning continuation of our Muirfield Village remodel ✨

In this primary bath, removing the soffits instantly opened up the space, while updated lighting brought a fresh layer of elegance.

The Jacuzzi was replaced with a beautiful freestanding soaking tub, creating a more refined focal point for the room. With meticulous tilework and a calm yet eye-catching design, this primary bath now feels every bit as luxurious as it should.
