Our in-house team is back onsite in Maine today to help the operator dial in the settings for the UV Pure Technologies Disinfection System. This is a two stage Bioclere system designed for 13,500 gpd & 15/15 treatment with disinfection. Serves the middle & elementary schools along with admin buildings.

It's (throwback) Thursday, we continue to manufacture & design systems across Tennessee, and schools are letting out all over the country...So why not combine all of that and show off one of our older wastewater treatment systems for The Page School down in Franklin. Four of our largest Bioclere units along with Primary & Flow EQ tanks from Xerxes!

Our largest Bioclere wastewater treatment plant installation to date! Pictured here are 7 of 7 Bioclere Units and 10 of the 11 ancillary tanks provided by Fiberglass Tank Solutions LLC for Pleasant Creek Subdivision in Thompson's Station, Tennessee. At full buildout the system will treat .126 MGD. We hope to have some updated pics from this site later this year, stay tuned!

A couple of perspectives via the drone at a Bioclere Wastewater Treatment Plant installed last year for Greystone Subdivision in Smyrna, Tennessee. At full buildout, this STEP system will treat about .110 MGD to 30/30 treatment for drip dispersal.

Last week we showed you a ground level pic of our system at Bledsoe Creek State Park just outside Nashville (last photo in today's post). But check out these drone shots from startup & operator training. This is a 11,500 gpd hybrid MBBR/Bioclere system for ammonia removal (< 0.9 mg/l) and UV disinfection (< 126 MPN/100ml). This system discharges to a recreational lake. Thanks to for those yellow boxes producing the necessary airflow!

The move is now official! Though as you can see from the photos, not exactly complete. But we are fully operational out of our new HQ at 597 Winthrop Street, Taunton Mass, 02780. Big shoutout to our internal operations team who handled the bulk of the heavy lifting, both literally and figuratively.
