Servo Motors and Drives and its sister company Robot Reels LLC is hiring a Business Development Specialist that is responsible for the sales activities that will increase sales revenues from new target accounts and multiple location customers in the US. Individuals will be given a territory to develop and call their own.
Our marketplace is the industrial manufacturing world of aerospace, automotive, paper converting, packaging, and other US based industries.
Ideal candidates should be able to show the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or better
• 3-5 years of successful B2B selling to large manufacturing companies
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities
• Sales experience with selling products as well as services to engineers and technical staff
• Experience using a CRM system and managing a sales territory
• Ability to be accountable and autonomous and willing to learn
• Successful track record of direct and indirect sales
Primary duties will include:
• Building, maintaining, and growing direct and indirect sales contacts
• Turning new qualified prospects to new customers with sales opportunities
• Meeting outbound activity goals and metrics
• Setting up face to face meetings for outside sales reps if necessary
• Continuous ex*****on of all sales activities that will increase the volume and value of the sales territory
• Provide feedback to leadership for current product and service results, customer feedback and market conditions

Our compensation package includes a base salary, commissions, co pay health insurance, life insurance, and dental insurance.
