This project required quick coordination and a thoughtful approach to restore the space while keeping restaurant operations running. With tight timelines and the challenges that come with restoration work, strong communication and quality craftsmanship were critical throughout.

In Loving Memory of Jay Hill

Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the passing of our longtime colleague and dear friend, Jay Hill, who passed away on April 12, 2026.

Jay was a cornerstone of Venture Construction Group, Inc. and a valued member of our family for more than 19 years. As a Project Manager, he brought unmatched dedication, expertise, and a positive spirit to our workplace each and every day—often alongside his beloved black lab, Bell, who shared his office and brightened ours as well.

Jay’s impact on our company and the people within it is immeasurable. We are deeply grateful for his loyalty, his friendship, and the kindness he brought into our lives. He will be profoundly missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
