Two of our best sharpening their skills on pump alignment. Little bit of hands on training and classroom instruction this past week in the shop because of the workload that we have coming up in April. No matter how much experience they have, they are always willing to learn new techniques and pass their wisdom on to younger millwrights. Thankful to have these men as a part of our team, they certainly represent the brand well.

Getting ready for this weekend with a little shop fabrication. Certainly makes for a bright shop with all of the hotwork/teamwork going on this afternoon.
