This first floor remodel in Peterborough Nh. Is coming out amazing. We are almost completed with moving the kitchen to a different area of the home that allows for a better flow and much more space. Framing out an area for a new pantry and fridge space. Added a 1/2 bath and moved the washer and dryer location to the first floor. We added his and hers master closets! Sanded and refinished approx 630 sqft of existing pine floors and installed, sanded, and finished approx 720 sqft of new pine flooring. We changed out 5 windows and added an exterior door out to the deck! We created a mudroom space and made built-in cubbies and a bench. Tiled the mudroom and installed floor warming. Tiled the 1/2 bath and laundry room as well. We reclaimed the trim for doors and windows as well as the original kitchen countertops. Some were used for the bench top in the mudroom and some used for the shelves in the pantry. This is truly one of the biggest transformations we have been a part of and it’s has been an awesome job to be a part of!
