Today is an important milestone for our company. It marks the completion of our third year in business. It also marks the completion of my third year of being completely on my own. It has been a roller-coaster or a ride but, I would not trade it for anything. I want to thank my wife, Jami Painter, for her support and wisdom.

Proud of my team today. Here are some cool photos of work we have accomplished at our hospital project out in Cuero, TX. Kudos to Anchor Insulation and Automated Logic for all there hard work on this project. Today was our state inspection with the Texas Department of Health for the first phase of the project representing a huge milestone for us.

Frank Painter Company is growing. For those that don't know, we are a commercial HVAC construction and engineering company performing work in Central and South Texas. I haven't posted in a while. We have some exceptional HVAC talent here. There is a wealth of knowledge in commercial sheetmetal ductwork, refrigeration, HVAC service and install, and pipe fitting in this group, lead by Doug Beckley (top left). Not pictured here is Hudson Harrell (Engineering / PM Apprentice) and Ethan Parker (Service Apprentice).

It's hard to get everyone in the same place these days since we are working around the state, but an opportunity for a group photo (almost) presented itself and I thought I would share.

Today we had a huge day lifting 6 Rooftop AC Units and 1 Dedicated Outdoor Air Handling Unit on a large retail project we are working on down at Laughlin Air Force Base outside of Del Rio, TX. As always...Americrane was awesome and AR6 Construction and Engineering is a top notch GC to partner with. More cool stuff to come...Stay tuned.

Great day today at FPC! Hoisted two Trane RTUs on an Animal Clinic we are installing the HVAC systems on. Americrane is always awesome to work with.

Here are some cool pictures of a fan wall retrofit project that we completed last week. FPC successfully modified an aging air handling unit with a failed supply fan to incorporate dual plenum fans that provided increased efficiency and redundancy for a higher education client in San Antonio.
