Our first official project is complete! ✅

A leaking toilet had gone unreported by a tenant for years, allowing water to destroy the subfloor and cause extensive hidden damage. We ended up replacing damaged framing, rebuilding the floor, addressing moisture issues, and then putting everything back together with a clean, updated finish.

What started as a remodel became a restoration—and that’s what home remodeling is all about. Sometimes the biggest part of the job is fixing what you can’t see.
