The Quality Auditor is responsible for periodic inspection of parts on the manufacturing floor to compare part quality to published standards and report the results to manufacturing supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Gather and inspect sample parts
Prepare parts for movement to audit or secondary operations
Attach routing tags
Operate various gages
Prepare various reports
Prepare first and last piece data
Periodic Auditing of company procedures per Company Quality Manual
Additional work as required
SKILLS:

Reading

Observation Skills
Basic computer skills

Knowledge of gauging techniques

The AH 550-100 Blow Molding Machine placed in production at SPI Blow Molding’s Coloma, Michigan plant is manufactured by Pet All Manufacturing Inc.
