After founding Polamer Precision in 1997 and spending nearly three decades building the company, Chris Galik has made the decision to step back from day to day operational management. This decision reflects the strength, experience, and depth of the leadership team in place today.
Chris will continue to serve as Chief Executive Officer and remain actively involved in Polamer Precision’s strategic direction and long term growth, while transitioning away from daily operational responsibilities.
Polamer Precision would like to sincerely thank Chris for his vision, leadership, and dedication. The company’s success is built on the foundation he established and the talented people who continue to carry that vision forward. Polamer Precision is proud of what has been accomplished and grateful to every team member who has contributed to that success.
As part of this transition, Derek Waszczuk has been appointed President and Chief Operating Officer. With nearly ten years at Polamer Precision, Derek has played a critical role in the company’s growth, operational discipline, and leadership development. He will now assume full responsibility for day to day leadership and operations.
In addition, Jeff Weston has transitioned into the role of Chief Manufacturing Officer, overseeing all engineering and quality functions. To support this change, Isaac Talbot has accepted the role of Engineering Manager, continuing the strong technical leadership within the organization.
These leadership changes are effective immediately and position Polamer Precision for continued growth, stability, and long term success.
Thank you to the entire Polamer Precision team for your continued dedication and commitment. The future remains strong, and the company looks forward to what lies ahead.
