Thankful for our customers last week. We wrapped up a 40'x72' and a 20'x20' in less than a week.

Very appreciative of the Lunsfords for entrusting me to take their plain 30'x48' barn and make it a 30'x36' shop. We wrapped the shop in dessert sand metal and added burnished slate trim, windows, and a bronze 10'x12' roll-up door. We also added over 1700 sq ft of lean-to's.

It has been a blast to get back to my roots and remember some of the first "big" jobs i took on. I often joke about how I miss these privacy fence jobs so if you got one, bring it on!!

Wanted to share the first remodel my wife and I tackled together. This was our first home and if you had seen it 6 years ago, you wouldn't believe what it is now!! A few details:

▪️updated all linoleum floors to LVP
▪️painted all cabinets
▪️updated lighting and fans throughout
▪️wooden beams in living room and den
▪️drywall repairs in main living
▪️new hardware on cabinets & interior doors
▪️new faucets and mirrors in master bath
▪️shiplap accent wall in 2nd bathroom
▪️300' of 6' privacy fence

BONUS: She didn't hit me with anything and we are still happily married!!! I'll take that a W!!

I love a challenge and this was nothing short!! What a view and amazing location we were able to enjoy last week!

Details include:
14'x24' boat house roof and framing.
4 runs of cedar
14'x2' walkway

I always appreciate great customers and the Simmons' were just another amazing family we added to our long list. They had a 40'x60' pole barn that they wanted enclosed. We enclosed the barn and installed a 36" steel door and 10'x12' roll-up door.

In just two days, we were able to knock out this 24'x36' barn and two 12'x24' lean-to's while also keeping subs moving on other projects. On to the next one...

Time for a quick update on our monster Barndo project in New Brockton.

Exterior steel ✅️
Windows and doors ✅️
Plumbing and electrical ready for trim out ✅️
Sheetrock has been hung and finished ✅️
Geothermal HVAC unit installed ✅️

In the coming weeks, we will focus on the interior with paint, staining the concrete floors, interior doors and trim, and cabinetry. The closer we get to finishing, the more I look forward to sharing the finished product.

We successfully completed a complete reskin of the old Parker Diesel buildings just in time for the holidays. These structures, measuring 80'x240'x14' and 80'x150'x20', are now ready for tenants to occupy and revitalize the buildings.
