Over the last few months, we were blessed with four projects to complete for Ino Baptist Church. It was a blessing to be back where I have so many memories, having grown up there.

◾️Enclosed 15'x50' lean-to to house Operation Christmas Child
◾️Expansion to provide freezer, cooler, and dry storage
◾️Expansion for covered outside cook area
◾️Remodel to move Kitchen wall to provide additional 400 sq ft

Finally getting around to posting a custom build that was finished earlier this year. What started as a 40x100 pre-engineered metal building was finished to house over 2750 sq ft of living space with over 1100 sq ft of porch space added. This house has more custom features and selections than I could ever remember! A few key details:

▪️4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom
▪️2 car garage with 210 sq ft storage room
▪️400 amp service with transfer switch installed
▪️geothermal HVAC
▪️spray foam fully encapsulated shell
▪️screened in 12x46 back porch
▪️8x70 front porch

What a fun challenge this was! I thank God we were given the opportunity to give this family their forever home!
