Over the past two weeks, our HR and Marketing teams hit the road, visiting job sites across Delaware to connect with our crews face-to-face. From discussing health benefits, wellness updates, and our employee referral program to handing out new safety shirts, snacks, and plenty of water, it was all about supporting the people who make our work possible every day.
Thank you to every crew who welcomed us onsite —we appreciate everything you do. We tried our best to capture every crew, but we’ll get you next time if you’re not in this round of photos! Stay safe out there! 🧡👷‍♂️

DCA’s Young Executives Committee (YEC)…where construction and conversation come together! Corrado gave a proper farewell to an absolute company legend last week, Stevie Davis. Steve has worked as a mechanic here since the 90s. Decades of grease, hard work, heavy equipment, and humor have led to this point - the day when Steve hung up his hat and said goodbye. We miss you already, Steve!
