Summer maintenance shutdown is almost here, and before the work begins, we took time to enjoy one of our favorite Ellwood Quality Steels traditions: Concession Day!

Our leadership team served lunch to team members, giving everyone a chance to share a meal.

It's a simple tradition, but one we look forward to every year as we recognize the hard work and dedication of our team. Thank you to everyone who helped make the day a success, and thank you to our entire EQS team for everything you do.

Every year, our Environmental, Health, and Safety Team hosts a friendly competition among our locations to Find It, Fix It!

In 2025, the focus was on ergonomic improvements, and our Ellwood Quality Steels team delivered, taking the win with a ladle backfill screw conveyor that helps make the job safer and more efficient.
