Completed accessible addition in Salem County. It took over a year to get the project passed. The ramp was 1' 11" into the side set back. The space is a 12'x12' addition with a 5'x15' exterior deck and ramp. We renovated the client's existing bedroom and the 12'x12' space was roll-in shower, toilet, roll-under vanity and laundry.
