Butler National Corporation reported strong Q3 FY2026 results with revenue rising 27% to $26.9 million and operating income increasing 129% to $9.2 million. Net income grew 98% to $6.7 million, and earnings per share doubled to $0.10.

Butler National Announces Q2 FY2026 Financial Results!

Butler National Corporation has released its Second Quarter Fiscal 2026 financial results for the period ended October 31, 2025. Butler reported strong performance with a 9% increase in revenue, a 46% increase in operating income, and EPS rising to $0.09 from $0.05. Growth was driven by significant gains in the Aerospace Products segment and continued contributions from sports wagering operations.

Butler National Announces Opening of Parts Fabrication Facility!

Butler National Corporation is proud to announce the opening and ribbon-cutting of the Avcon Industries, Inc. new 33,000-square-foot parts fabrication facility at Newton City-County Airport in Kansas.

This significant expansion supports the increased demand for special mission aircraft modifications. The new facility, complete with expanded multi-axis CNC machine centers and new fabrication equipment, allows Avcon to design and manufacture complex parts.

We extend our sincere appreciation to all our employees, legislators, city and county officials, partners and community members who attended the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Your support highlights the importance of this investment and Avcon's commitment to growth in Kansas.
