Let’s talk driver safety. 👷🏻‍♂️

❄️ Please make sure your driveway is plowed and cindered. Our trucks can’t go places cars can. They are not 4 or all wheel drive. If you drive looks like the first 2 pictures, your driver may skip your delivery. Also try to move cars out of the way to make it easier for our trucks to pull as close as possible.

❄️ Please remove the snow from your tank . This will avoid any from falling down in the tank and make delivering easier for your driver. Also clear the path to the tank. Our drivers have 30-40+ calls a day and dragging the hose through deep snow and icy conditions wears on them.

❄️ If you have an inground tank, propane or oil, please shovel the area around the fill location . If we can’t see it, it may be skipped.

❄️ Mostly remember, if your road is bad- snow covered, drifted, icy or questionable, it is driver discretion as to whether he chooses to drive on it. He’s been your driver for years, he knows the road. We will do our best to get your fuel to you. Please help your driver make this possible. Thank you in advance!
