🔥 A Job Well Done! 🔥
We recently had the opportunity to work with a company headquartered in Montana that is expanding operations with a new branch here in Pennsylvania.
The project began with the fabrication of multiple pipe spools for their processing equipment, including 4”, 3”, and 1” piping. Our team successfully fabricated and completed all spool work to specification.
Following the piping fabrication, we custom-built and installed pipe supports and hangers to properly secure the system overhead. Everything fit precisely as designed, allowing for a smooth installation process.
Once the piping systems and support structures were completed, we moved on to fabricating structural steel for the company’s fluid cooler, which was to be installed outdoors. All structural components were fabricated, welded, and transported into place using a telehandler for installation.
Additional field welding was then performed to install bracing and complete the support rack assembly.
By the completion of the project, the equipment was fully operational and running successfully for the customer.
To meet the customer’s deadline, me and my co-worker worked more than 40 consecutive days, averaging 10–12 hour shifts, 7 days a week, until the project was completed.
We were proud to take on this challenge and deliver a quality product while meeting the required timeframe.
