GT Construction LLC is hiring a full-time Office / Customer Service Manager in New Gloucester.
Responsibilities would include:
* Answering calls/emails
* Scheduling estimates and jobs
* Invoicing and basic bookkeeping
* Customer follow-up
* Organizing paperwork and job schedules
* Managing social media/messages
Looking for someone who is:
* Organized and reliable
* Professional with customers
* Good with communication
* Comfortable with computers/phones
Construction knowledge and experience with quickbooks is a plus but not required.
Monday-Friday daytime hours with some flexibility.
Pay based on experience.
