Are you an experienced HVAC pro who’s ready to step up, lead crews, and deliver top-quality residential installations? We’re looking for a skilled Lead HVAC Installer to join our Underwood’s Heating AC and Insulation team in the Posey/Vanderburgh County area.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and manage full HVAC system replacement & installation projects (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, zoning, high-efficiency systems, and accessories) in occupied homes
• Oversee a small crew of installers/helpers to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards
• Read blueprints, install duct systems, perform precise piping/electrical hookups, and conduct final testing/commissioning
• Troubleshoot issues on the spot and maintain clean, organized job sites
• Provide exceptional customer service—explain work to homeowners and leave every job spotless
• Drive company vehicle (take it home!),
maintain tool inventory, and keep up with safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven HVAC installation experience (lead/supervisory role preferred)
• EPA Universal Certification (Section 608) required
• Strong knowledge of local codes, high-efficiency systems, duct design, and modern HVAC equipment
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Reliable transportation, hand/power tools, and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics/crawl spaces
• Positive attitude, leadership skills, and pride in craftsmanship
