///Retirement///
After 20 years of service, Deborah J. Costantini, AIA, Senior Architect, retires from Hoffmann Architects + Engineers. An owner of the firm and senior specialist in roofing, Debbie has been a respected mentor and an exceptional technical leader. In her time with Hoffmann, she led more than 80 projects, bringing a detail-driven approach to each one, whether replacing a university’s copper roof, repairing a historic church steeple, or restoring a landmark plaza. Her ability to collaborate across teams and guide projects to successful outcomes has left a lasting mark on our work and our standards.
Debbie is widely recognized for her mentorship of junior staff and her commitment to sharing knowledge, both within the firm and beyond it. As a board member with the Construction Specifications Institute, she has contributed to advancing the profession, while also supporting future generations through architecture summer camps, classroom programs, career fairs, and volunteer work.
Her leadership, technical expertise, and dedication to supporting emerging professionals have shaped countless projects and people over the years. Debbie’s influence will continue to be felt long after her retirement, and we are grateful for everything she has contributed to Hoffmann and the broader AEC community. We wish her all the best in this next chapter.
