JMA is seeking Plastic Injection Machine Operators to join our team to operate molding machines to mold plastic light pole products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:

Adheres to all department guidelines and quality requirements.

Knowledgeable of basic machine controls and operation.

Responsible for reporting part counts and filling in production sheets.

Ability to remove cured products from mold and trims completed molds to specification.

Maintain a clean and safe work area.

Communicates with lead and supervisor to receive instructions and coordinate activities.

This position is full time,5 days a week from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Must have reliable transportation and be able to work full shift.

The Process Technician / Foreman is responsible for the start-up, shut down, and troubleshooting of the molding process during normal production runs. The successful candidate will have multi-skilled manufacturing skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills. Exposure to injection molding process, supervision, and preventative maintenance is a must.

Oversee injection molding production operations, maintain all processes within acceptable company goals.

Monitor & correct all malfunctioning processes.

Manages and indirectly supervise employees in the production/quality areas.

Communicate with senior personnel on problems & status.

Oversee all aspects of molding operations.

Responsible to assure that all company policies and standards are met overseeing the daily operations.

Injection mold machine maintenance

Molding processes.

Start up and shut down equipment.

Record and report on daily Safety, Quality, and Productivity.

Record and report on problems and counter measures.

Ability to troubleshoot injection molding process and machines and perform frontline maintenance.

Experience with plastic processing set up and related operations.
