You know you have a great Team when you get to the job site at 5 AM in the morning and every single person is working on jobs. Even the Safety person is washing on the tanks and they didn't have to be told that they just did that. So thankful for great folks. There are no I's in team here at Circle S. Circle S strong.

Little work update:

We finished up all the major work in Texarkana yesterday. The night shift traveled home last night, and the day shift is on the road now headed back. We still have one small job to finish tonight, and the Columbus crew will knock it out and head home as well.

The guys handling the Hood shutdown have done a tremendous job, and the customer is very happy. One of the bosses told Jason McPhail they are incredibly pleased with our work. They said they don’t have to babysit our crews, and the digester is as clean as they’ve seen it in a long time.

As we continue to grow and expand, it takes great people to make it happen — and we definitely have that. Big thanks to Jason McPhail and all the guys in St. Francisville, Louisiana, for the outstanding work.

On another note, Circle S has everyone affected by last night’s storms in our thoughts and prayers.

The picture below is Circle S sponsoring the Cowboys Helping Cowboys event in Texas. Dave Samsel started this organization several years ago, and it is truly something special.

Some rodeo cowboys get hurt and don’t have any income unless they’re riding and winning money. At times, they find themselves in situations where they struggle to pay medical bills, cover their mortgage, and simply make it while they heal or recover. Some even face life-altering injuries.

Dave started the Cowboys Helping Cowboys organization to step in and help. They raise money by putting on special events like golf tournaments and other fundraisers to support these cowboys in need.

Even though I’ve been out of rodeo for many years, my heart will always be connected to it in some form or fashion. I’m just thankful we were able to contribute and help Dave with such a great organization.

Shown below is one of my heroes—and now a great friend—Don Gay, along with Dave Samsel, the man who organized this entire event.

Fixing to be a real busy time for Circle S. We’ve got three, possibly four, shutdowns in the next three weeks. Our guys left today heading to Louisiana, and we’ll have other crews leaving tomorrow for Texas, with more heading out Monday to Texas as well. We also need to be getting prepared, about midweek or so, for a job in South Carolina.

We are truly blessed and fortunate to have the business that we do, but the reason we have it is because of the great work our employees put forth. If you want quality, a sense of urgency, and a team that can—and will—do whatever it takes, safely, to get the job done, hire us.

If you’re just looking for cheap prices, we are not your contractor. We are cost-effective. Quality counts, in my opinion.

Well that a wrap. Columbus, MS helping our friends at EnviroVac is complete. All of the New Hebron, Office got home last night around 9PM. The Columbus office will work next couple days to do clean up and help on few things that's left. Circle S and Hydro Vac have worked together for over 20+ years and have pulled off some large projects together. I am so happy with the results and the plant is happy with us as well. Thanks to Brodie West, Jason Vest and all the EnviroVac team for allowing us to help on the outage.

Big thanks to all of our team even the ones that wasn't at Columbus as everyone pulled together to make all areas of our company a success. Most of all all work done safely. Have a great Sunday.

So every outage I have been trying to say a prayer to ask for protection over our crews and give thanks for all our many Blessings. I didn't know what our people thought about it but really didn't matter as I think it's best for our company anyway. Somehow I missed doing a prayer for the night shift and I was asked why I didn't do one for nights. I didn't realize I didn't do one but that actually answers what our folks think about the prayer before work. Thank Goodness for Godly employees. We all fall short especially me but our hearts are in the right place. God Bless.
