More progress at Syracuse University 📚

Our student housing project continues to move forward, and it is exciting to see how quickly this four-wing residence hall is coming together on campus.

Spanning 286,000 square feet and built using more than 1,800 prefabricated light gauge steel wall panels, this project showcases how off-site construction can help higher education facilities expand faster while maintaining quality and efficiency at scale.

From fabrication to installation, every phase of this project reflects the power of collaboration and smart planning. Proud to continue working alongside New Edge Contractors Inc., The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, and US Frame Factory as this new student housing community takes shape.

Stay tuned for more progress updates as we move closer to completion.

Construction delays are not just frustrating... they are expensive!

Weather, labor shortages, and site constraints continue to impact traditional builds. But did you know there is another way?

With off-site construction, projects move forward in a controlled environment while site work happens in parallel. The result is:

⏳ Faster timelines
⚠️ Reduced risk
🚧 Minimal disruption to operations

Whether it’s healthcare, education, or commercial spaces, smarter delivery starts with smarter planning.

Building student housing without disrupting campus life 🎓

At Molloy University, the need was clear. Deliver modern student housing while keeping campus operations running smoothly.

Through Smart Off-Site Construction, MODLOGIQ partnered with Axis Construction Corporation to deliver Bogner Hall, a 20,350 square foot, 50-unit residence hall designed to house 96 students. Built almost entirely off-site at our New Holland facility, the project minimized on-campus disruption and allowed construction to move forward without impacting daily student life.

The result was a fully equipped, three-story residence hall complete with lounges, laundry facilities, and dedicated student spaces, delivered in just six months and ready for students at the start of the fall semester.

For private schools and universities, timing and campus experience matter. Off-site construction provides a smarter path to expand facilities while protecting the environment students rely on every day.

Inside the future of emergency care 🏥

Take a walkthrough of the Beth Israel Milton Emergency Department expansion, where Smart Off-Site Construction meets high-performance healthcare design.

Built in our New Holland, PA facility as 13 volumetric modules and 7 specialized pan assemblies, this space is designed for speed, precision, and patient care. From pre-installed medical gas systems and headwalls to sliding glass patient room doors and fully finished interiors, each detail was completed and tested before ever leaving the plant.

This project is now coming together on site and is a clear example of how modular construction can help healthcare facilities expand faster while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.

A great day on site and a great evening with great partners 🥂

Our CEO Jim Gabriel and VP of Business Development Stacy Tanner recently made a stop in Massachusetts to visit two important MODLOGIQ projects!

First up was Beth Israel Milton, where the modular emergency department expansion is now being rebuilt on site and coming together beautifully after its journey from our New Holland facility.

They also had the opportunity to visit the Harvard University Pagliuca Life Lab, an award-winning life sciences facility that continues to support innovation, collaboration, and groundbreaking research.

The day wrapped up with dinner alongside Mark Tarlton, whose leadership helped make the Beth Israel Milton project possible. Projects like these do not happen without strong partnerships and dedicated people working together every step of the way.

Always great to reconnect with partners and see the impact of our work firsthand 🧡

From plant floor to project site 🏗️🦺

First built inside our New Holland facility, then transported and assembled on site, this video shows the journey of the Beth Israel modular expansion.

While the Northeast has been dealing with heavy winter weather and multiple feet of snow, this project continued moving forward thanks to Smart Off-Site Construction. By building the modules in a controlled manufacturing environment, our team alongside Axis Construction Corporation was able to stay on schedule without weather delays and ship the finished sections when the site was ready.

A clear example of how modular construction keeps projects moving even when the forecast doesn’t cooperate.

It's Women in Construction Week and we’re proud to recognize the talented women on our team who are making an impact every day on projects across the country!

Recently, we captured this moment with some of the incredible women working on a confidential government project alongside our partners at Jaynes Corporation and Larson Design Group.

Their dedication, skill, and leadership continue to push our industry forward and inspire the next generation of women.

Today and everyday we are grateful to work alongside strong professionals who prove every day that great construction teams are built on collaboration, expertise, and diverse perspectives.

Getting ready for Modular Building Institute's World of Modular conference!

Join MODLOGIQ's CEO/President Jim Gabriel and Chief Innovation Officer Chris Mortensen as they take the stage at the Conference in on April 20–23 to present: 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙪𝙘𝙩 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙎𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙚 𝙊𝙛𝙛𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙚 𝙈𝙖𝙣𝙪𝙛𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙪𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜

Offsite manufacturers often face a difficult balance between full customization and rigid standardization. In this session, Jim and Chris will share a practical framework for developing product platforms that capture the efficiencies of repetition while preserving the flexibility needed to meet diverse project requirements.

Attendees will gain insights on how product platforms, configuration rules, and digital tools can accelerate preconstruction, improve speed and profitability, and help manufacturers scale smarter. The discussion will include real lessons learned from transitioning from fully custom commercial work to a more scalable, product-led approach.

If you’re attending, be sure to add this session to your agenda!
