Meet Nicole LaMontagne, Director of Operations at West Rac.

Nicole joined the company 18 years ago as a project manager and quickly rose to project executive, building nationwide. In September 2025, she took the next step and acquired West Rac together with her longtime colleagues Charles Asaro and Stephen Cuomo.

Now the three of them are carrying forward the foundation this company has spent 30 years building. Same standard, next chapter.

Boots on the ground at the Northwell Health Cancer Center in Greenlawn.

Director of Pre-Construction and West Rac partner Charley Asaro gives you an early look at the job: we're clearing and grubbing the site now, with roughly three months of work ahead in this phase. What makes it demanding is phasing the whole operation around an active outpatient facility still running upstairs on the second floor and on the north side of the building. Care doesn't stop, so we build around it.

More to come as this one takes shape.

We're honored to partner with Saints Constantine & Helen Greek Orthodox Church on their new 13,700 sq. ft. Parish Hall expansion in West Nyack, NY, creating more room for fellowship, education, youth programs, cultural events, and outreach to those in need.

Four states. Over 20 years. One repeat client.

Our work with Yarde Metals spans facilities in Hauppauge, NY, Southington, CT, Limerick, PA, and Greensboro, NC, each one built to their exact operational specifications.

Every facility required heavy loading accommodations, interior cranes, and leveling lines. We provided budgeting 1 to 2 years prior to each project for cap-ex approvals and engaged design teams to coordinate fully custom, build-to-suit construction.

When a client keeps building with you for over 20 years, the work speaks for itself.

We are excited to share a new project: a 13,700 square foot Parish Hall extension to Saints Constantine and Helen Greek Orthodox Church in West Nyack, NY.
