Yesterday afternoon, we received a call from a customer whose A/C system had stopped working and who noticed a burning smell.

Upon arrival, we found that the furnace control board had burned and melted several of the electrical connections. After assessing the system, we gave the homeowner the option to repair it or replace the 16-year-old system.

They chose replacement, and by 10:30 this morning, their new system was installed and the house was cooling again! ❄️👍
