Experience:
Significant HSE experience is required.
Experience with ISN, Veriforce, DISA, OSHA, BSEE, and DEQ is required.
Offshore Construction and Crane experience is a plus.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
-Develop and implement HSE procedures, policies, and safe work practices.
-Conduct periodic inspections, manage the results, and track any issues to closure.
-Coordinate, document, and track all employee Safety & Regulatory training requirements.
-Coach and counsel employees on safe operating procedures.
-Investigate all incidents for root cause, implement corrective actions, and track them to closure.
-Communicate investigation results, lessons learned, inspection results, and any other HSE issues to all employees.
-Identify and Coordinate regulatory compliance.
-Manage compliance in ISNetworld, Veriforce, and DISA.
