Unexpected scope. Rapid mobilization. Proven results. ✅

During scheduled turnaround preparations, widespread plugged lines created a significant emergency call-out challenge across multiple process units for our client. Superheat quickly scaled operations, deploying 120+ Superheat SmartPoint™ consoles and 4,000 kW of heating capacity to help keep the project moving forward while protecting upcoming TA schedules, costs, and productivity.

Leveraging our Superheat SmartWay™ approach and series-parallel setup, the team delivered greater heating efficiency, reduced equipment requirements, and safe ex*****on across a substantial volume of emergency work.

Supporting our communities goes beyond the work we do every day. On August 13, members of our West Coast USA team participated in the 51st Annual Marathon Petroleum Corporation Los Angeles Refinery Golf Tournament, an event that brings industry partners together to support the Wilmington YMCA and the Gardena-Carson Family YMCA.

Thanks to the generosity of participants and sponsors, this year's tournament raised a record $595,714.96 to benefit local youth and families!

A special thank you to Craig Topping, Eddie Rodrigues, and Sal Chavez for proudly representing Superheat and supporting this great cause.

Some of the most important safety improvements can start with a simple observation.

Recent SWAT (Safe Work Action Team) submissions highlighted potential concerns related to fall protection, scaffold safety, equipment inspections, and workplace infrastructure. In each case, diligent employees recognized a potential risk, took appropriate action, and helped create a safer work environment.

This is exactly what our SWAT program is designed to encourage: identifying risks, speaking up, and taking action before an incident occurs. Every observation helps strengthen our safety culture and continuous improvement initiatives.

We'd like to recognize Kevin Speedwell, Dan Wright, Osmel Trevino, and Alberto Vega for their recent contributions and commitment to keeping our workplace safe. Your attention to detail, proactive approach, and willingness to act exemplify the values that make our SWAT program successful!

✅ Zero findings. Zero observations. One more reason our clients trust Superheat.

We are proud to share that Superheat recently achieved a successful internal audit of our Class I Nuclear Quality Assurance Program with zero findings and zero observations.

Conducted by an independent Lead Auditor with extensive nuclear industry experience, the audit evaluated our quality program against stringent nuclear requirements through reviews of project records, work activities, personnel interviews, and day-to-day implementation of our quality procedures.

Internal audits are a critical component of nuclear quality assurance, helping to verify compliance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and ensure the ongoing effectiveness of the quality management system. For our clients, this result provides added confidence that Superheat continues to deliver the quality, reliability, and accountability expected for their nuclear heat treatment.

Roberta Ashdown, Superheat Quality Director, noted, "A zero-finding, zero-observation audit is more than a measure of compliance. It demonstrates the strength of Superheat's nuclear safety culture and our commitment to continuously strengthening processes and delivering the level of quality our customers expect."

Congratulations to our team for their dedication to quality, safety, and operational excellence!

What does it take to change an industry's mindset?

Through continuous innovation and a commitment to being Better. Safer. Faster., we've achieved consistent year-over-year growth while helping clients overcome complex project challenges and execute critical work with confidence.

At Superheat, supporting the communities where we live and work extends beyond the job site. In recent weeks, our teams had the opportunity to support two great community events:

In Louisiana, Angelle Jeansonne and her family participated in the 7th Annual Chalmette Refining Fishing Rodeo benefiting the United Way of Southeast Louisiana. Superheat was proud to again serve as the t-shirt sponsors. This event is a great day on the water for an important cause!

Meanwhile, in Illinois, Tom Stump, Ed Weiland, Brian Ong, and Matt Grace represented Superheat at the Muscular Dystrophy Association & CITGO Lemont Driving for a Cure Gala & Golf Outing, helping support the fight against muscular dystrophy. This is an excellent event that we look forward to every year.

Supporting the communities where we operate is an important part of who we are. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make these events a success!
