Meet Dan Binello, our new Senior Engineer in New London!

Dan's favorite part of being a structural engineer is the opportunity to work on projects that have a lasting impact on communities and people's everyday lives. What makes the work especially rewarding to Dan is that the projects he contributes to today may continue to serve communities 100 or more years from now. He also enjoys the diversity of the AEC industry and the opportunity to collaborate with and learn from people with different backgrounds and perspectives, including contractors, designers, owners, and fellow engineers.

Away from the office, you can find Dan in the outdoors and staying active. Some of his favorite activities include running, hiking, surfing, biking, snowboarding, soccer, tennis, and golf. All of which are made even better when he gets to enjoy them with friends and family!

We're thrilled to have Dan on board here at e2!

Meet Connor Slattery!

Connor recently joined our Concord team as a Senior Engineer, bringing in 5 plus years of experience. He enjoys challenging projects that push the architectural envelope and make you wonder how it was engineered.

Outside of the office, you can find Connor hiking, golfing, or spending time at the lake!

We are super excited to have Connor on board!

Celebrating 3 years with Jared Nash!

Jared has been an integral part of e2's growth and development over the last 3 years. As our studio leader in Concord, he has been a leader and mentor for our younger project engineers. You can usually find him bouncing around the office, helping the team work through questions and challenges.

Jared is an incredibly hardworking and talented engineer, and we are so grateful to have him at e2. We look forward to more years to come with Jared!

Last Tuesday's event, From Waste to Worth: Concrete Conversations, with O&G Industries Inc. and Pozzotive by Urban Mining Industries brought on some awesome conversations about sustainable concrete solutions.

It was great connecting with industry peers in our Concord office, and we thoroughly enjoyed learning more about Pozzotive!

This Thursday, we're taking it back to one of our healthcare projects in Lynbrook, NY: Northwell Health Facility.

This renovate-as-new project included renovations and additions to the existing 23,000 SF, 3-story building for use as a high-end medical office building. Our engineers utilized structural steel framing systems for the lobby and elevator addition, and designed modifications to the existing steel frame to accommodate new openings for lab equipment and MEP systems.

e2 is thankful to have been part of such a great project and to be able to make a mark in the healthcare industry.

Happy 5th Work Anniversary to our Concord Office Manager, Judy Kosakowski!

Judy keeps the Concord Office running smoothly, always stepping in to help when needed. She's also e2's resident event planner, planning amazing outings, like our annual post holiday dinner and summer outing.
