It's been a minute since I posted anything here. We are still doing what we do, lol. Guys are currently down rolling on a Mod then going to a crane set on a 3 piece Mod a few miles away. Only a few more to go and they can take a well deserved break!!

We're Hiring!!! Construction experience in roofing & siding would be awesome but not necessary, we can train! Work in the summer and have winters off. We work as much as we can during the summer, sunrise to sunset, this is not a 9-5 job. On occasion may have a Saturday here and there. BUT - kick back and stay warm in the winter!! Richard “Dick” Evans, 81, of New London, died on Saturday, November 9, at Bethesda North Pointe in New London. A Celebration of Dick’s Life will be held from 5:00-7:00 pm on Wednesday, November 20, at the American Legion in Spicer. www.hafh.org

It's been awhile since I posted on here. For those of you that noticed the picture change, there is a reason. Because he was such a staple for us & so many of you worked with him, I feel I need to let you all know...Dennis' mentor, boss, & more importantly dad & best friend passed away Saturday, Nov 9 at 81 years young. Services are pending, I will share more when we have the details.

Dick's Manufactured Housing Service, LLC is hiring! We set modular & manufactured houses on basements, foundations & ground piers.. We are looking for someone dependable, works well with others as well as independently, likes the outdoors & is willing to spend a night or two out here & there. Heavy lifting is involved, carpentry skills are a bonus but not required. Must have valid drivers license or reliable transportation to New London. Starting at $17-$19 per hour. As many of you know, there has been a changing of the Guard here. Dennis is now at the helm! Dick has "retired", and we all know that just means he's going 100 miles an hour doing other things! He gave his all to his company for well over 40 years, most of those with Dennis at his side and we want to keep it that way! Dennis keeps him involved, helping out on sites, advice on upcoming sets and providing wisdom - we wouldn't have it any other way!

WaHoo!! First job of the year is in the books!! Means my first road trip picking up the guys happens this afternoon, perfect day for a drive to South Dakota!
