Big congratulations are in order for Julio Lobos, our Master Carpenter, who has been with us for 10 years. Julio received "Tradesperson of the Year" last week at the Frederick County Building Industry Association Award of Excellence event. We are so proud of his nomination, and for those of you who have had the pleasure of working with him--you know it was well deserved!

Our clients were so creative and committed to achieving character and warmth in this whole home renovation. No aspect of the house was untouched--from door k***s to beams, moldings to floor registers, they wanted to bring natural tones and coastal hues into a craftsman design. We think they nailed it!

It's a wrap---our latest project, "The Meadow" is modern farmhouse meets cozy cottage vibes! This home is set amid an open field in beautiful Mt. Airy and packs a big punch. This 3 bedroom/4.5 bath home offers many purposeful spaces to make everyday living comfortable for the whole family. To include: a Mudroom, Builtin Pantry, Study, Main Level Den, Upstairs Laundry, 2nd Level Den and fully finished basement with Wet Bar. We also completed a Screened in Porch with a Wood Burning Fireplace and TimberTech Deck to complete their outdoor living space.

Meet our latest design, "The Osprey" - this project is a lakeside escape, with three levels of outdoor entertaining space overlooking Lake Linganore. It's finished as a 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom, with essentially stacked great rooms overlooking the rear deck and water view. This house was a custom design, nestled into the steep hillside, and inspired by our amazing clients who had a vision for what could be achieved.

Big kudos to the dynamic Beachy Trio - Dave, Chris and Shane, who tackled all the excavation on this project and spent many hours teetering on the edge!!!!
