Construction 🏗️ is well underway at the Princeton Grove Senior Apartments in Crestview, FL. The Bayern Team and our subcontractor County Precast have just completed the construction of the elevator tower. We are looking forward to watching this build go vertical! ⬆️

Earlier this week, we celebrated the groundbreaking 🏗️ of Princeton Grove! This community brings 107 - spacious units that will be dedicated to the senior community for the City of Crestview in Okaloosa County. 👏

Thank you to the City of Crestview, Okaloosa County, and our financial and design partners who joined us today to celebrate this milestone for this great community, Princeton Grove! Of course, a big thank you to our partner Alonzo Mourning, with AM AFFORDABLE HOUSING INC. 🤝We look forward to continuing our work of bringing homes to the senior community together.
