Friday Feature: 3705 Chestnut. This process was not like others. We purchased an old historic home that needed renovation. We decided to move the structure to front of the property to accommodate a pool and parking in the rear. Keeping historical details throughout the interior and exterior, this one turned out beautifully. A buyer didn’t come along until nearing the finish line, we were able to accommodate their wishes and personal touches. Glad to see another historic home get a glow up in a great neighborhood!
