Before and after photos of APOC 243 Elastomeric roof coating system. 2 coats of APOC 243 were applied to this residential low slope metal roof deck. Roof cleaned using APOC 801 roof cleaner, all seams and fasteners stripped of existing sealant. Seams were taped using APOC Incredible tape and sealed with APOC 264 sealant. Standing seam joints sealed with 264 and coated with 243. Great results for the homeowner and no leaks after the last 2 days of heavy rain. Success!
